1. Who we are

Good Leads Delivered (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a business operated by Keren Duncan, a sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada. We sell sales leads to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit goodleadsdelivered.com (the “Site”), contact us, or buy our services.

We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other privacy laws that apply to us.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to our business audience: prospective and current lead buyers, their staff, and other visitors to this Site.

This policy does not cover individuals whose information is contained in the Leads we sell. That information is collected through separate lead-generation properties, and those properties have their own privacy notices that explain how it is collected and shared. Once Leads are delivered to a buyer, the buyer is responsible for handling that information under its own privacy practices and the law.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: your name, business name, job title, email address, phone number, and business address.
  • Business and buying criteria: details you share about your business and the Leads you want, such as states served, time in business, revenue requirements, funding positions, and excluded industries.
  • Communications: messages you send us by form, email, text, social-media messaging, or chat, plus notes, and where permitted, recordings, of calls.
  • Bookings: details you enter when you schedule a call with us.
  • Billing information: billing name and address and payment details. Card payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and we do not store full card numbers.
  • Lead feedback: information you report back to us about lead outcomes, for example by updating a status column in a shared spreadsheet or during a feedback call.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 7.

Information from other sources

  • Public business sources: business contact information from public websites, professional networks, and business directories, which we use to identify and contact businesses that may want to buy leads.
  • Advertising and social platforms: information you choose to share when you respond to one of our ads or posts, for example by commenting or sending a message to request a free resource.

4. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries, send resources you request, and schedule and hold calls.
  • To set up, fulfil, invoice, and support your Lead orders, including delivering Leads and alerts and handling replacement requests.
  • To evaluate and improve Lead quality, using the feedback you provide.
  • To send you information about our services, where we have your consent or the law otherwise allows it.
  • To run, secure, analyze, and improve the Site and our advertising.
  • To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell the personal information of our business contacts and buyers.

5. Consent

We collect, use, and disclose your personal information with your consent, except where the law permits or requires otherwise. You give consent when you submit a form, book a call, send us a message, or buy from us. We send commercial electronic messages in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting us using the details in Section 15.

6. Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry, your orders, Lead alerts, and our services. Some calls may be recorded for quality and record-keeping, and some messages may be sent or answered using automated tools. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We will not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data is never shared with third parties, except service providers who help us deliver messages.

7. Cookies, pixels and analytics

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure and improve our advertising. These may include analytics tools such as Google Analytics and advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel. These tools may collect information about your activity on the Site and use it to show you relevant ads on other websites and platforms.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do. You can also manage ad preferences through your account settings on advertising platforms, or opt out of interest-based advertising through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada (youradchoices.ca) and, in the U.S., optout.aboutads.info.

8. How we share information

We share personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers that work on our behalf, such as CRM and marketing automation, website hosting, email, text-messaging and telephone providers, scheduling tools, cloud storage and spreadsheets, payment processors, and analytics and advertising platforms. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
  • Legal and safety reasons: to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers: if our business, or part of it, is sold, merged, incorporated, or reorganized, personal information may be transferred to the successor, which must continue to protect it in line with this policy.

9. Storage outside Canada

Some of our service providers are located in, or store data in, the United States or other countries. As a result, your information may be processed outside Canada, and it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities in those countries under their laws.

10. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements and to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. We keep opt-out records so that we can keep honouring your choices.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and secure, reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as the law requires.

12. Your choices and rights

Subject to the law, you may:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and ask for a copy;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate information;
  • ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
  • withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time; and
  • if you live in a U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, exercise any additional rights that law gives you.

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 15. We will respond within 30 days, or within the time the law requires, and we may need to verify your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

13. Children

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If we make significant changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
